The production is made according to the request. To establish the annual forecasts of production, marketing is based on the precise details of sale of the subsidiary companies. Each process establishes then its plan of production according to the orders. The requirements in hours are quantified according to time necessary to manufacture for the products. Stocks of finished products are practically null.

The vision and the strategy made it possible to determine the 5 key to success factors:

 Satisfaction customers
 Effectiveness of the channels of sales
 Competitiveness of the cost of the products
 Competitiveness of the chain of distribution
 Reliability of the development of the new products.

These five priorities make it possible to establish the operational objectives, each year, by process and functional department, according to model EFQM (European Fundation for Quality Management), explained in following page. A book of the objectives then is distributed to the managers and is explained to the employees. Working groups are formed to transform the objectives into operational actions. Indicators are created to follow the objectives. They are re-examined regularly at meeting.
